We designed and manufactured a custom air conditioning control panel combining inverters, relays, and PLCs for the breeding pig farm in Iwate Prefecture (JA Zen-Noh Livestock Service East Japan), and conducted on-site installation and electrical work. Location of the work: Iwate Prefecture (breeding pig farm and livestock facility) Type of work: Design and manufacture of air conditioning control panels, construction of farm air conditioning systems, installation electrical work, on-site adjustments Scope of services: Custom design and manufacture from scratch, on-site installation work, and trial operation adjustments 【Construction Details and Problem Solving】 This is a large-scale air conditioning control system project for a farm. In livestock farms, including pig farms, delicate temperature and humidity management is essential, making mass-produced items inadequate. In this project, we meticulously combined inverters, relays, and PLCs (instrumentation) to create a completely custom air conditioning control panel that can also interface with overseas equipment, manufactured at our own factory.
